Delta DC-3 Ship 41

Tucked away in the confines of an original 1940s hanger at Delta headquarters near Jackson-Hartsfield Airport is Delta Ship 41. An original DC-3 from the Delta fleet that was the first for passenger service for the airlines when the DC-3s were being acquired. It is a beautiful aircraft that is an art piece that still flies on a few occasions.
